Clark County Emergency Operations Center

The Clark County EOC in Winchester, Kentucky is a 6,450 square foot facility. The budget is $1.9 million and is being funded by Federal Funds provided by FEMA through the State of Kentucky Division of Emergency Management. This facility will house the Emergency Operations Center, City of Winchester’s 911 Dispatch, the County administration offices for the Clark County Emergency Management Services, and Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP).
The project is designed to multiple standards including the FEMA and ICC Standards and will be able to withstand and continue to provide emergency services during an F4 tornado with wind speeds of excess of 250 mph.
