Tamarak Camps- Camp Maas

The new Arts and Crafts Center (6,000 sf) embraces the shore of Tamarack Lake and provides a wonderful open, free flowing, and exciting venue for the camp’s arts program. This facility can accommodate nearly 80 campers and counselors in diverse programming, including painting, jewelry, drawing, sculpture, enameling, crafts, and also props design and construction for performances that are presented across the drive at the amphitheater. The project is the result of a collaboration of campers, camp staff and counselors, camper parent and Architect Arik Green, and Brandstetter Carroll, Inc. Total project budget was $500,000.00.

Camp Timberlane, Girl Scouts of N.E. Ohio

Girl Scout of North East Ohio completed camp master plan updates for three sites and has implemented development at Camp Timberlane.   The existing aquatics center in the heart of camp has been renovated based on the BCI master plan recommendations with a new pool house and refurbished pool.  A small splashpad was added as a new feature.  The pool house is designed to accommodate the pool functions and also is a camper bath house with accommodations for year round use.
