Campbell County Administration
Brandstetter Carroll Inc. conducted a facilities study for the Campbell County Fiscal Court examining the special requirements of multiple County departments, and the jail. The study resulted in several significant projects including a new Administration Building, and multi-phased Jail additions. The 55,152 s.f. Administration Building includes offices for the Fiscal Court, Health Department, Sheriff, PVA, County Clerk, Planning and Zoning, and Treasurer.
Danville Municipal Building
This 38,000 square foot facility expansion project allows the Police and Communications (911) departments to have adequate space for current needs and expansion in the future. City Administration offices included the City Engineer, Finance, Information Technology, and the Mayor’s office. A large lobby connecting a public meeting room to the existing building with the addition provides much needed public space and a sense of connection among all departments. A partially unfinished basement will be used for future growth.
North Royalton Administration Building
Brandstetter Carroll was selected as Criteria Architect for a design-build project to convert an existing former public library building to a Municipal Administrative Center for the City of North Royalton, Ohio. The building is located in North Royalton Memorial Park , and the project includes planning for future park improvements.
