The firm’s aviation experience includes most phases of airport development and planning, from the preparation of Master Plans, Airport Layout Plans (ALPs), Exhibit A documents, land acquisition and obstruction removal. The firm also has experience in design and consulting services for runways, taxiways, aprons, beacons, lighting systems, navigational aids, airport terminals and hangars, security facilities, de-icing facilities, airfield and approach lighting and airport master plans. BCI assists its aviation clients with capital improvement planning and preparation for funding assistance through the Federal aviation administration (FAA) and the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). BCI has provided engineering and architectural services to 27 aviation facilities throughout Ohio and Kentucky since 1979.
