Brandstetter Carroll Inc. designed this 36,000 s.f. Judicial Center located in the historic district of downtown Lancaster. The new facility is located adjacent to the existing 10,000 s.f. Historic County Courthouse. Public parking for the County was greatly enhanced with this project with the addition of more than 100 spaces. The two facilities will be joined by a courthouse plaza. The new Judicial Center includes space for the District, Circuit and Family Courts, and the office of the Circuit Court Clerk.
