For the City of Monroe, BCI designed an 800-foot boulevard from State Route 4 to the Bicentennial Commons Park. The project involved a landscaped median, lighting, and shared-use path as well as a public parking lot. Furthermore, BCI designed a bioretention basin and developed a stormwater approach utilizing dry wells to reduce the construction schedule and permitting process. Additional coordination was involved with the adjacent developments to ensure proper organization as well as delivering a flexible design to incorporate future development
