BCI has delivered civil engineering services to RBM Development for a proposed mixed-use site located on the southeast corner of Madison Road at Red Bank Expressway. The development consists of approximately 400,000 s.f of office, retail, restaurant, and logistical space in addition to more than 200 residential units. Furthermore, a 239-unit key-hotel is associated with the development.
BCI has provided site civil engineering work consisting of grading plans, storm sewer design, sanitary sewer design, and utility relocation. BCI also coordinated the utility work and permit approvals with the appropriate agencies and contractors. BCI lead the Planned Development re-zoning effort for the client. Furthermore, BCI has provided preliminary roadway design and traffic services for CDOTE approval.
