Brandstetter Carroll Inc. provided surveying, design, and engineering services, including construction administration and inspection services for road, traffic signals, utility,
and streetscape improvements for the main access road to the Newport-on-the-Levee development. The improvements included new water, storm and sanitary sewer utilities, traffic signals, curbs, pavers, sidewalks, and curb ramps along this state route. Patterned concrete was included at the intersection of Monmouth Street. BCI also was involved in the civil design of Site B.
Funding is from KYTC and the Newport-on-the-Levee Developer. Total project cost exceeded $6 million.
