Brandstetter Carroll Inc. has been involved in water system improvements in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, since 1983.  Projects include hydraulic modeling, design of new elevated water storage tank, utility rate studies,  annual CCR reports, reservoir capacity analysis, raw water pump stations, booster stations, river crossings and numerous waterline extensions and replacements.
