Community Support & Involvement

At Brandstetter Carroll Inc., we fully embrace our mission of “Enhancing Community and Quality of Life,” not only in our daily work, but also by enriching the communities we work in through philanthropy. BCI established a Philanthropy Committee in 2020, whose sole mandate is to distribute donations to nonprofits about which our employees are passionate. These organizations range from cancer support to food pantries to local schools and animal shelters. The committee awards funds in the fall and spring, and employees can request gifts simply by filling out a form.
